Iceland and Papua New Guinea going off right now.
This could be a cold winter.August 29, 2014 at 9:56 pm #23637
Yes if we keep getting volcano eruptions it will be very cold, but remember Whirlibird the left will say it is all about global warming! We can never win with them.August 30, 2014 at 12:21 am #23652
Free they have changed the description. Since we have had the coolest summer on record we don’t have Global Warming we now have Climate Change. That way, not matter which we the temperature goes they can blame it on the “evil” humans that populate their beautiful world.August 30, 2014 at 4:35 am #23682
So can we blame Al Gore for the volcanos going off?
He is evil….
Maybe if we throw him in the volcano the gods will be appeased….
Either way we win in that instance.August 30, 2014 at 5:19 am #23688
Whirli that would make the volcano erupt. What would you do if someone through Al in your mouth?August 30, 2014 at 5:22 am #23690
And then we can blame him for the eruption and are rid of him at the same time.
I’m strangely comfortable with that.August 31, 2014 at 4:18 am #23802
Dam roadracer, they keep changing everything, they love changing names and I am have a hard time knowing or keeping up with what everything is called anymore. Is Al Gore changing his name? These left wing socialist or is it progressive or is it communist? Oh it is called CHANGE! Yes we all know what CHANGE means. Means I am the king and I will do what I have to do to change everything.September 1, 2014 at 2:20 am #23881
Iceland looks like it’s getting a tropical bath. Bardarbunga is hot and heavy in lava flow. It could be a very strange fall and winter on the east coast. Very stormy and wet.September 1, 2014 at 5:55 am #23893
Whats pretty amazing about Iceland is how the whole country was shaped by those volcanoes. Every couple of years complete valleys get reshaped because of massive volcano eruptions and the resulting melting water from the ice that flowed through the countryside.
It was pretty humbling to hike through this rough landscape last year and imagining what kind of forces have created it and keep changing it. Following these volcano stories, along with Ebola closely.
Its like the icing of the cake, besides all our other current man made problems.
