    9 cups flour
    1 & 1/2 cup dry milk (powderedMilk)
    1 & 1/2 cup sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    3 tsp salt
    2 & 1/2 cup veg shortening

    Shift all dry till even, then add shortening. use two knives to cut into a crumbly mix.
    Store air tight. Use enough water to make a soft dough when needed.

    400 for 15-20 min. can also be cooked in a pan on the stove top as well.

    Prepare for the unknown by studying how others in the past have coped with the unforeseeable and the unpredictable.
