How do you know why he made his choices? Did you read a report stating the weight of his bullets. If he wasn’t shooting anything over 65gr it wouldn’t make any difference. At the distance he was shooting bullet stabilization is a non factor. What ever the deciding factor was it isn’t important. He could have killed more people with a can of gasoline. His weapon is not the dangerous part, he was the dangerous item.
