    Personally I’d say take a serious look at the primary plan.

    Kinda like those who get their water from the Ganges, who did what upstream?

    Actually whirlibird, most people don’t have any plan, let alone a primary one that’s been thought through.

    Won’t argue with that.

    We have a nice river that splits the town, but it seems everyone plans to get water from it.

    All it takes is one idiot parking his truck in it after some event and poof. 91 octane water.

    Everyone downstream of the source is effected.
