There are many vitamin B’s so lets talk about them and why there is a need for a very good bottle of vitamin B complex. All of the B vitamins help the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose). B vitamins are water-soluble so the body doesn’t store them so you need to make sure you have what your body needs.

Vitamin B complexes generally include vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin/niacinamide), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), and folic acid.

Vitamin B 1 or also called Thiamine, it is found in foods like yeast, cereal grains, beans, nuts, and meat. Alcoholics and Crohn’s disease are believed to have thiamine deficiency.

Vitamin B 2 or also called Riboflavin, is important for our vision and to prevent cataracts and there are some studies that say that vitamin B 2 helps reduce how many times you get migraines. Foods you get it from are brewer’s yeast, almonds, organ meats, whole grains, wheat germ, wild rice, mushrooms, soybeans, milk, yogurt, eggs, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, spinach. flours and cereals.

Vitamin B 3 or also called Niacin, deficiency include indigestion, fatigue, canker sores, vomiting, and depression. Food were Vitamin B 3 are found in brewer’s yeast, beef liver, beef kidney, fish, salmon, swordfish, tuna, sunflower seeds, and peanuts.

Vitamin B 4 or also called Adenine, found in vegetables, Brewer’s yeast, fresh fruits, whole grains containing breads and cereals, bee pollen, raw unadulterated honey, and royal jelly. Deficiency may cause to growth retardation blood disorders, skin disorders and gastrointestinal disturbances, such as constipation, vomiting or nausea, muscle weakness, sensitivity to insulin, and low blood glucose level.

Vitamin B or also called Pantothenic Acid, Pantothenic Acid to synthesize cholesterol. Deficiency may include fatigue, insomnia, depression, irritability, vomiting, stomach pains, burning feet, and upper respiratory infections.
Some studies show that it may speed wound healing. Found in foods like meats, vegetables, and whole unprocessed grains.

Vitamin B 6 or also called Pyridoxine, helps the body make the hormones serotonin and norepinephrine, which influence mood, and melatonin, which helps regulate the body clock. Vitamins B12 ,B9, and B6 control levels of homocysteine in the blood which may be associated with heart disease. Foods that have vitamin B 6 are chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, shrimp, beef liver, milk, cheese, lentils, beans, spinach, carrots, brown rice, bran, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, and whole-grain flour.

Vitamin B 9 or also called Folate or Folic Acid, crucial for proper brain function and works closely with Vitamin B 12 to make red blood cells. Deficiency is common in alcoholism, inflammatory bowel disease, and in pregnant women. You can find Vitamin B 9 in foods, spinach, dark leafy greens, asparagus, turnip, beets, and mustard greens, Brussels sprouts, lima beans, soybeans, beef liver, brewer’s yeast, root vegetables, whole grains, wheat germ, bulgur wheat, kidney beans, white beans, lima beans, mung beans, salmon, orange juice, avocado, and milk.

Vitamin B 12 or also called cobalamin, helps keep the body’s nerve and blood cells healthy and helps make DNA.
Foods it is found are meat, shellfish, milk, cheese, and eggs.

So for a SHTF we need to have the B Complex Vitamins in storage. Since we will be having many stored food that may lose some of the important vitamins vitamin B’s are right up there on the top of the most important vitamins with Vitamin D and Vitamin C.

I saw with my own eyes what vitamin B did to alcoholics that lost there movement of the arms or face and how after 3 to 6 hours they were able to move there arms again.

    Thanks FREE!

5hour energy shots are full of B vitamins, and have the “energy shot” effect as well. The bottles can be re-used for storing liquids and small objects after cleaning. I have an article about that I will link you!
