I have used in the construction business all my life and the hammer and crowbar are the two tools I use the most. The pry bar is a little smaller so it is easier to carry. I like the two. To take down larger and harder doors and windows the crowbar is better but it is bigger. Also the crowbar is a defensive tool too!

Tolik, thank you for pointing out the Sillcock key which I do not own and they are cheap tool, will be buying one!

I have been think about buying a Cold Steel ” Spetsnaz ” shovel and taking the wood handle off and cutting a crowbar to use as the handle. Have it welded on. New project for me.

Right now it is easy to get a lock smith course online… use it to get the tools and skills if you practice nothing will take long you can open places as fast as a key person can. infinitely useful even when no SHFT and the tools are tiny size of a small candy bar
