I live in NV and we have a pretty easy CWP licensing, Do a background check, 8 hour class. This includes range time, NV is one of the few states that you have to show you can hit the target. Go down to the local sheriff, get fingerprinted, pay the fee. I got mine back in 19 total days, my female companion got hers back in 26 days. It used to be a pain but not anymore.
