    I thought the article contained very useful information, particularly the water usage data and recommendations. If a solar pump is added the system could go a long way towards meeting a families water requirements. A 12v submersible would be easy to install, operate, and maintain.

    Interesting. Being water is so abundant here I never thought much about storing a lot of it but I can see where it would be nice to have a large amount like that at the ready.
