I remember blanching and freezing sliced morels years ago.
After that, dehydrating was always the standard.
Can’t say about canning, not enough around here to consider it, so far at least.

So many mushrooms in b.c.
Never be afraid to do the righteous thing, nothing righteous is ever easy.
Mushrooms are awesome. Too many poisonous once in my area though. Here, every year, even experienced mushroom picker die because they made a mistake.
