MB, that’s incredible! That never would have been survived in the 50s or 60s – or even 70s. Looks like technology and some additional intervention brought her through that, thankfully.
It was a taxi? Then I would have to say boredom and sleep deprivation. Some auto company once tried to design a system to detect drive heart attacks as well. They might as well put concrete barriers between the lanes.
