Welcome! Please introduce yourself? (Name, age, gender, location for example)
Omar Ahmed, 31 yr old, freelance illustrator and artist from Mexico City.
Since when are you into survival and preparedness and what made you get into it?
Been reading stuff since two years, and assimilating bits and pieces, but decided to get into the forum because my country is currently deteriorating at quick pace.
Why is survival and preparedness important or interesting for you? What scenario are you preparing for?
I sense there´s going to be a chaotic war in my country, and want to survive, to preserve my people as much as I can.
I´m interested mainly in two scenarios, rural and urban survival, for rural survival I have some clear ideas and preparations, for urban survival, nothing.
How would you describe your prepping / survival philosophy? What matters for you?
My family first , a clear blueprint for survival of my clan.
to be honest haven´t given too much thought to this.
Do you have some favorite quotes or words of wisdom you like?
“No one can give you better advice than yourself” Cicero
“You might not be interested in the conflict, but the conflict is interested in you”
You are dying and have 30 seconds left, what do you do or say?
to whomever would be near me: prevail!November 17, 2014 at 4:32 am #29458
