Kalifornia crazies continue assault on law abiding gun owners ….I just shake my head for gun owners in that state.
“California Gun Owners Hold Their Breath over Decision on Microstamping Law”
February 23, 2015 at 8:12 pm #37022I’m convinced that the anti-gun crowd really doesn’t care that all the evidence points to more restrictive gun laws making people less safe. They have whipped themselves up into a hysteria from which they don’t want to emerge.
February 23, 2015 at 8:17 pm #37023The anti gun crowd wants a disarmed population for the same reasons every tyrant has had for 10,000 years. They don’t have concern or compassion for the public, only disdain and a desire to rule over them.
February 23, 2015 at 10:08 pm #37034No gun company is going to do this so the law is banning guns which is also banning the 2nd Amendment. Unconstitutional period!
February 23, 2015 at 10:35 pm #37039It’s a gun registration scam. For it to work each gun stamp would have to be registered with an owner.
February 23, 2015 at 10:38 pm #37040All the gun companies have said they will not do it so that means there would be not hand guns sold in Kalifonia which would make the law unconstitutional since our 2nd Amendment right would be taken away.
This is why I thing the microstamping will die.
February 23, 2015 at 11:10 pm #37041The whole scam is just a way to get firearm manufacturers to say, “enough is enough” and close up shop. Hopefully, it will never come to that.
Think about the restrictions on firearms in NY via the SAFE Act and similar laws. You see what the AR now looks to be within the law’s parameters? It looks idiotic, but if enough of those type laws get passed manufacturers will no longer be able to find a loophole. The legal supply will dry up if this happens and only the criminals (government included here) will ignore the law to have firearms.
To fight these type laws, firearm manufacturers have to spend obscene amounts of money. Of course those costs are passed along to the average citizen that buys these products, thus adding more barriers to gaining access to firearms. This is just a vicious circle that really needs to be stopped because it’s all just part of the bigger plan to disarm America.

February 23, 2015 at 11:16 pm #37042It’s all about power and control. Who does microstamping law really benefit?
February 23, 2015 at 11:22 pm #3704474, the folks at the upper echelons of the anti-gun push certainly have ulterior motives as you suggest, but the average person on the street that supports them either really does believe that fewer guns will mean less crime (despite the overwhelming evidence that says the opposite) or they live in some theoretical land that looks at Europe as the epitome of civilization and wants us to be like them. Believe me, I’ve heard the lectures. A friend of mine likes to travel to France and he thinks they have all the right answers. France? Heaven help us from a fate like that.
February 23, 2015 at 11:27 pm #37045Going to France for answers is not an answer! What a mess.
The Kalifornia liberal elite’s sell to the public is riddled with holes in their reasoning. Greater public safety with microstamping? Preposterous!
February 24, 2015 at 12:05 am #37051chester the Kalifornia liberal elite will have a problem when the SHTF time with all the gangs and criminals with guns bigger than there guards.
February 24, 2015 at 12:11 am #37055chester, the sophisticate type liberals really do think the Europeans are to be emulated. I know some.
February 24, 2015 at 12:15 am #37057Yes MB but they forget that Europe is in a free fall because of there socialist programs.
February 24, 2015 at 12:19 am #37058MtB, they must want to emulate the sophisticated group that spits on strangers walking by on the street. Don’t they know everyone in Europe decended from neanderthals?
February 24, 2015 at 12:21 am #37061There is no way to talk some sense into them, they are blind.
