Great presentation C, you should publish that recipe. Chefs are running out of ideas these days, or drinking 2 much fluoride. That would make big money if it was a deviled egg platter, great presentation.

Very good ,I may try that . I like beets , I picked up some horseradish at the local Russian market , they mix up shredded beets with it , very good as the beets take the nasal bite out of the horseradish , and all you are left with is the flavor . I tried to duplicate it at home with no success , I tried to grate the horseradish ……didnt work very well .
Here is one my sweety makes , very simple , even I can do it .
3 peeled , chopped apples
3 boiled , chopped beets ,
1 bunch italian parsley
vegetable oil , lemon juice
pepper .
Looks interesting but I don’t like the taste of beets.
lol , like any other food , its not for everybody .
