This is something my mother made throughout my childhood:
3 parts flour (for a single small test run, try 3 T.)
1 part olive oil (can use other oils; for test run, 1 T.)
1 part water (test run: 1 T.)
Dash of salt
Mix all together until dough-like. Fry on both sides in pan (when no parts of dough still look translucent, then it’s done). I like to add seasonings and grill it in the Foreman countertop grill, but it is good both ways. Makes a flaky little bread pancake.
