Time is like a river. You cannot touch the water twice, because the flow that has passed will never pass again.

Written by a USMC Vet. (I can’t argue with any of it. Passing it along as it was received.)

    He wrote:
The American Dream ended (on November 6th, 2012) in Ohio.
The second term of Barack Obama will be the final nail in the coffin for the legacy of the white Christian males who discovered, explored, pioneered, settled and developed the greatest Republic in the history of mankind.

A coalition of Blacks, Latinos, Feminists, Gays, Government Workers, Environmental Extremists, the Media, Hollywood, uninformed young people, the “forever needy,” the chronically unemployed, illegal aliens and other “fellow travelers” have ended Norman Rockwell’s America.

The Cocker Spaniel is off the front porch… The Pit Bull is in the back yard.
The American Constitution has been replaced with Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” and Chicago shyster, David Axelrod, along with international Socialist George Soros will be pulling the strings on their beige puppet to bring us Act 2 of the New World Order.

Our side ran two candidates who couldn’t even win their own home states,
and Chris Christie helped Obama over the top with a glowing
“post Sandy” tribute that elevated the “Commander-in-Chief” to Mother Teresa status.
Aside: With the way the polls were run and voter fraud, he didn’t need any help!

People like us are completely politically irrelevant, and I will never again comment on or concern myself with the aforementioned coalition which has surrendered our culture, our heritage and our traditions without a shot being fired.

You will never again out-vote these people.
It will take individual acts of defiance and massive displays of civil disobedience to get back the rights we have allowed the Progressives to take away. It will take Zealots, not moderates & shy not reach-across-the-aisle RINOs to right this ship and restore our beloved country to its former status.

Those who come after us will have to risk their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor to bring back the Republic that this generation has timidly frittered away due to “white guilt”, political correctness, and having a “TAKER” attitude…

I have to disagree with my comrade in arms. “You will never again out-vote these people.” I’m assuming that this is a bit dated or he hasn’t seen the primary races lately. Okay, maybe most incumbents won – but who would have thought that a “conservative” would have come within a few thousand votes of ousting them 15 years ago? Besides, the RINO’s and Moderates had to spend tons of money they didn’t want to spend and showing their cards like the despicable race that Thad Cochran ran catering to Dems to glean a 40% increase in their voting for the Republican primary. Eventually, these races will be won – but if we give up the faith now they never will be.

IMO, we continue to harrass and expose those who are bent on self serving instead of serving the people. More and more will awaken over time.

Novus Ordo, I’d like to be optimistic on this topic, but the demographics are very much in the liberal’s court. Their constituency is growing whereas the conservative base is not. Yes more and more are awakening but it may be too little too late. There will be upsets here and there but those are battles won, not the war itself. Scott Brown winning Ted Kennedy’s seat in MA was a huge upset but it was short lived and now you have Elizabeth Warren.

True – but I don’t think we should throw in the towel and give them what they want. They should have to take every bloody inch. There are more conservative governors accomplishing more than ever. Yes, the cesspool heavily populated low info voters are stupid enough to keep dems in office time and time again, but once they go into ruin (Detroit) they may see the light. I’m still hoping and actively pursuing their defeat – but preparing for the worst as we all are!

With all due respect Road, and to the retired Marine, I say phooey to that line of thought. If the Founders allowed such fatalistic, negative thinking to consume them..much less waste precious energy bolstering such a view point we would, as a country never have come into being. Noah, just for instance, should you believe such a one ever existed; …he chuckles just a wee bit. I am in the middle of a desert. Build an ark, I believe this is what needs to be done. He does not let the laughter and derision of the naysayers dissuade him. Such is the strength of his belief in his goal. Let negative thinking and seemingly ‘important ‘facts” erode the strength of what is your (and in this case, our country’s) ideal and you give no energy, no strength, no faith in the ideals themselves we, as a country were founded upon. Right DOES make right. See it, believe it with every fibre and thought u can put forth. There IS no other way. WE WIll prevail. I, for one, refuse to believe otherwise. The fate of many things, including nations, oft rests on the strength of will and conviction. There is no room at the moment for anything else.

I think the tide is changing, I see it here, I talk to many that voted for O that are not happy and tell my they are going to vote for a Republican. The first change will come in Nov.

Hitler or Stalin ? not much of a choice , only thing that will get the country back on track is to vote in Libertarians , and pack the supreme court with Libertarians . Otherwise , one party of the two , is just as bad as the other . But that may turn out to be a moot point , as other countries may have our downfall planned , and that my friends , is beyond our control or the governments control . I expect our defeat to happen quickly on the battlefield of economics , and economics is indeed a form of warfare .

Tolik, Like I said the tide is changing but not even a Libertarian President will save us from an economical collapse which is coming. The two parties have let the Fed print us to the collapse.

After the collapse we do need a Libertarian President.

For the sake of discussion. Say the Republicans keep the House and take the Senate by a thin margin. What does that change? What will the President and his henchmen do? Will he just ride out the rest of his term, or sharpen his pen and flood us with more Executive Orders and dare someone to stop him?

I’m sorry but i just don’t see how this changes anything significantly. I believe those of us here take a longer view of things.

I think we need to stay on the course of the Republicans making things harder. O has had a problem with the polls where even the left doesn’t like O using the Executive Orders when they Executive Order is against the U. S. Constitution. Harry has helped O by not fallowing up when O breaks the law and the Constitution.

O will be pointed out every time he does an Executive Order which will have a negative on the Dem in 2016 which they do not want. Many in the Dem party will tell O to stop hurting the parties chances.

“…legacy of the white Christian males who discovered, explored, pioneered, settled and developed the greatest Republic in the history of mankind.”
Ummmm… I thought this was a prepper forum. Not a White Supremacist ideology forum. His Hollywood movie warped sense of history has me thinking that when the SHTF, this is not a man I want by my side. I prefer someone that has a grasp of real history and not a mythological one. Someone that can help pull people together to help rebuild rather than debase and degrade people based on religion, color of skin or sexual orientation. In fact, this is probably one of the most demoralizing posts I’ve read here.

    Justwaiting,
I don’t think that particular comment or idea had any support. I believe the gist of the naritive pertains to the change in demographics, the social economic impact that has occured because of the change, as well as the current cultural mores of the general public and how it affects political candidate selection. No matter how history is precieved denying or ignoring the current climate of the country will not help find solutions. I don’t advocate the marine’s method, as I believe chaos will dictate it’s own methodology in the end.

Justwaiting, If you read all the post I think maybe one post was in agreement with the retired marine, even the one that posted it doesn’t agree. I personally do not agree. We sometimes post these topics for that same reason you have posted to get everyone’s opinions.

Just because this is a web site for survival doesn’t mean everyone agrees on all the topics and that is the reason the web site is great. We here all tell it like it is and some are not the same as others, we are all here to learn.

Do not take one post to personally and responded to the post you have a problem with.

74 and Freedom, you are both correct. I have friends of all types I can rely on and this post just happened to be a skeeter that bit me and I slapped without thinking. Without Thinking. I need to work on that. Being a newbie to prepping this website has been a godsend to me and I do appreciate the viewpoints and thoughts that open my eyes and mind to things that I haven’t considered. It’s too bad that my first post doesn’t reflect this. But, I will leave it up so that others may learn from my mistake. And to remind me to think before posting.
