I’m glad to see him speaking so clearly so soon. The devil is always in the details of course. A national reciprocity on concealed carry would still leave people with all the question marks as to what is legal to carry. For example Massachusetts only allows specific models approved by the State Attorney General, and of course a number of States have limits on the number of rounds in a magazine. There is no way that police in every State are going to know what is legal in every other State, so I imagine States would still be able to impose certain limits of their choosing.
