We can get USA visas provided that we keep our business running in South Africa. The way South Africa is going the business would not keep going in order for us to stay in the USA. So my biggest fear is that you get over there in the USA and then the conditions in South Africa deteriorate to such an extent or there is civil war and the business goes out of business. Our visa is linked to the South African business. I can so see myself on a Kentucky farm whilst my husband finds work in air conditioning. However, we will most probably all be scattered with him in a city or town, me on the farm, my daughter at University. My son would have to adapt to a completely new school curriculum. Do you mess with your children’s education at this late stage?? My husband is 58 – what a time to start all over again. This is the dilemma.
