I suppose the reason I posted the link was because even though the military is limited to what the Geneva Convention says it can use, civilians are not limited by such things.
Actually it was the 1899 Hague Declaration concerning Expanding Bullets that limited the military to using non-expanding bullets.
That’s the wonderful thing in the development of bullets and powders today, the variety is incredible. You can tailor an accurate load and bullet to any target, whether game or human. That’s why I love reloading.
