I did finish it and found some interesting parts to the read. I do find it interesting how many books I read that push the idea that a community is better than operating in a singular manner. Not debating the thought process one way or another, but when I see some common thread being pushed as almost a “common practice” I tend to rebel a bit. Just my genetic coding, I guess……
It was a easy, mindless read and I am glad that I finished it. Again, like I mentioned, there were some interesting parts and it did trigger a few moments where I contemplated their methods and tactics.
I am on to Patriot now…. Although I have yet to start it. I just finished the combined letters of John and Abigail Adams.
