Exactly, that’s what droplet precautions mean. Its kinda of airborne its kind of not. Think about when someone sneezes, the spray that comes out, those particles travel a certain distance, they say 3 feet, and then fall to the ground. The spray carries infection, not the air. So the air in the room isn’t carrying virus particles. If it was truly airborne, like TB, the infection rate would be way higher. I’m sure they are lying to us also, how much, I don’t know.
